Why would anyone use a bulleted list for this information?
o In 1940, 4,000 molecules per million of carbon in the atmosphere
o In 1950, 25,000 molecules
o In 1960, 400,000 molecules
o In 1970, 2.5 million molecules

A reveal graph would have much more impact. I think that is what is the issue with bulleted lists. We use lists for things that really are better represented graphically.
