Ah… words that are traditionally spelled in the US with a "z" are spelled with an "s" in Australia e.g. localise, localisation. Thought I'd better let you know, given this a post about this sort of thing ;)

The "brief and to the point" information is incredibly useful — not to mention relevant. French culture (in terms of localization [or localisation]) tends to be the same.
