Could you point me to a reference (or two) where this is a "best eLearning practice"? My main issue is having the screen reader going off at the same time as voice/audio narration in an elearning course. Simply having the user turn the audio off at the beginning of the course does not seem like best practice or even something that meshes with 508 compliance. I would love more feedback from you on this issue. Thank you
